YOZU is a neighborhood Asian bistro in the heart of Palm Desert, where Tokyo’s izakaya tradition meets Desert Modern design. Cherry blossoms, an open sushi bar upstairs, and a curated sake program, served just steps from the Rodeo Drive of the Desert. A place to come twice a month, not twice a year. IZAKAYA, REFINED
Our menu draws from Japan, Korea, China, and Southeast Asia. Hand rolls and nigiri from a dedicated sushi bar upstairs. Wok-fired shaking beef, Kurobuta pork belly fried rice, and citrus achiote pad thai. Korean fried wings, sticky ribs, pork belly buns. A short list of robata-grilled skewers from the kitchen.
